SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are charged based on a calculation of the weight and volume of your order, to your specified destination. This rate is shown as “Shipping Cost” in the Checkout. Standard Shipping is free for all orders over $89 (after discounts have been applied) within Australia.

 

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders within three working days, however there may be delays during peak sales and promotional periods. You will be able to view your order tracking number in the My Orders section of your account – this tracking number can be used for shipping status enquiries. Delivery times will vary based on location.

 

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Shipping within Australia is predominantly fulfilled by Amazon. Orders are packed and dispatched from Amazon's fulfilment centres using their logistics network, which may include Australia Post or other courier services selected by Amazon. Please ensure a valid delivery address is supplied at checkout. Deliveries can be made to residential, business, and PO Box addresses where supported by Amazon's delivery network. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is currently unavailable. 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We will not cancel or refund an order based on “change of mind”. In accordance with any statutory rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), which cannot be excluded, we will replace or reimburse you for any product which has been delivered to you and is confirmed to be faulty or damaged. If you wish to return such a product, we request that you do so through our “contact us” page.
