Promoter
The Promoter is Health And Happiness (H&H) Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 632 484 416) of Level 7, 88 Langridge Street, Collingwood, Victoria 3066 Australia (H&H AU).
Promotion period
The Promotion will commence at 9:00 AEDT on 14/02/2026 and conclude at 23:59 AEDT on 28/02/2026 (Promotion Period).
Who can enter
1) Entry in the Promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older, excluding:
a) management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, its related entities and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of the prize);
b) a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person referred to in paragraph (a) of these Conditions of Entry; and
c) persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter.
The persons referred to in paragraph (b) of these Conditions of Entry includes natural and non-natural relations (in the opinion of the Promoter) and the Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Entrant in its absolute discretion.
2) Any entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter,
a) tampers or interferes with the entry or draw mechanism in any way;
b) engages in any unlawful or improper conduct which jeopardises or is likely to jeopardise the fair or proper conduct of the Promotion; or
c) who does not properly comply with the entry process; or
d) engages in any unlawful or improper conduct during the fulfilment of the Prize,
will be ineligible to win.

How To Enter
1. To enter and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
- visit https://zestypaws.com.au/pages/pawfect-match (Online Entry Site)
- fully complete and submit the online Promotion entry form on the Online Entry Site (Online Entry Form), including:
i. all details required on the Online Entry Form, including but not limited to their first name, last name, contact phone number, email address, age, pet profile information, and product/category preferences;
ii. providing an answer to the following question: "In 25 words or less, tell us why your pet is your Valentine” (Skill Answer);
iii. opting in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter by joining the Zesty Paws Australia mailing list; and
iv. indicating their acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
- remain a subscriber to the Promoter's mailing list at the time of the winner determination to remain eligible.
- By submitting a Skill Answer, the entrant warrants that the entry is their own original work and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Limit of one (1) entry per person. Any subsequent entries from the same person will be deemed invalid.

Verification
1) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and residency). The Promoter will also cross-reference the email address provided in the Online Entry Form with its internal database to confirm the entrant is a current subscriber to the Promoter’s mailing list at the time of judging.
2) If requested by the Promoter, an Eligible Entrant must produce appropriate photo identification or other documentation required by the Promoter to confirm their eligibility to claim the prize. This must be provided within the time requested by the Promoter at its absolute discretion.
3) The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached these Conditions of Entry or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. This includes, but is not limited to, entering the Promotion using multiple aliases, email addresses, or phone numbers, or using automated entry software.
4) The Promoter has the absolute discretion to determine the validity of an entry. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the identity of the Eligible Entrant.
5) If an Eligible Entrant is found to have unsubscribed from the mailing list prior to the time of judging, the items required by the Promoter are not received, or an entrant has not been verified to the satisfaction of the Promoter within the time period required by the Promoter, the entry(s) submitted by the Eligible Entrant will be deemed invalid.
6) The prize will only be awarded following all validation and verification requirements of the Promoter being met to its satisfaction. In the event that the Eligible Entrant cannot provide suitable validation or verification, the Eligible Entrant will forfeit their right to a Prize and no substitute will be offered.
Prize Information and Winner Determination
1) The judging of all Eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period will be conducted at Swisse Wellness, Level 7, 88 Langridge Street, Collingwood, Victoria 3066 Australia (Judging Location) by a representative of the Promoter at 3:00 PM AEDT on 13 March 2026 (Winner Determination).
2) The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries during the Winner Determination and record them in order of merit to use in the instance an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is selected, in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
3) The total prize pool is valued at AUD$3,009.78 (including GST). Prizes are as follows:
a) Major Prize (1 Winner): The Eligible Entrant with the valid Eligible Entry judged to be the most creative and original in accordance with the judging criteria will win the "Ultimate PALentine’s Gift", valued at up to AUD$1369.88 (including GST). The prize pack consists of:
i) 1 x $500 Visa Gift Card (delivered as an e-gift card via email);
ii) 12 x Zesty Paws 90ct Soft Chews (RRP $69.99 each). The winner may select their preferred variety from the following: Zesty Paws 10-in-1 Multivitamin Chews, Zesty Paws Hip & Joint Chews, or Zesty Paws Pre, Post & Probiotic Chews. The prize will be delivered to the winner’s nominated address as four (4) quarterly shipments, with each shipment containing three (3) units of the winner's chosen variety. The product variety will be based on the winner’s preference indicated at the time of entry; and
iii) 1 x Zesty Paws Merch Pack (valued at $30.00).
b) Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a gift card are not included. Redemption of the Visa Gift Card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer, including any expiry dates.
c) Second Prize (1 Winner): The entry judged to be the second-best will win a ‘Year’s Supply of Zesty Paws’ valued at AUD$839.88. The prize consists of:
i) 12 x Zesty Paws 90ct Soft Chews (RRP $69.99 each). The winner may select their preferred variety from the following: Zesty Paws 10-in-1 Multivitamin Chews, Zesty Paws Hip & Joint Chews, or Zesty Paws Pre, Post & Probiotic Chews.
ii) The prize will be delivered as four (4) quarterly shipments, with each shipment containing three (3) units of the winner's chosen variety. The product variety will be based on the winner’s preference indicated at the time of entry.
d) Third Prize (10 Winners): The 10 next-best entries will each win an "Omega Boost Starter Pack," valued at AUD$79.99 per pack. Total value: AUD$799.90.
4) The Prize, or components of the Prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Prize must be taken as offered and may not be varied.
5) The Prize cannot be sold, scalped, auctioned, raffled, pledged, or promoted as an incentive or reward by any third party as an inducement for any person or other entity to enter into any commercial or other arrangements with that third party. If the Prize is obtained through any of these methods, it will not be honoured.
6) The Promoter will endeavour to fulfil the Prize as described; however, if the Prize or part of the Prize is unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with a prize of equal or greater value in its discretion.
7) The award of all Prizes is subject to the receipt of a sufficient number of Eligible Entries. If the number of unique Eligible Entrants is fewer than the total number of Prizes available, the Promoter will award Prizes in descending order of value (starting with the Major Prize) until the pool of Eligible Entries is exhausted. The Promoter is under no obligation to award any remaining Prizes for which there are no corresponding Eligible Entrants.
Notification of Winner
1) All Prize winners will be notified by phone and email within [7] days of the Winner Determination; and
2) The names of the Major and Second prize winners, and the names of the ten (10) Third prize winners, will be advertised on zestypaws.com.au within thirty (30) days of the final winners being confirmed.
Unclaimed prize draw
1) If any Prize is not claimed by the winner, or the winner is found to be ineligible, by 11:59 PM AEDT on 13 April 2026, that winner will forfeit the Prize.
2) In the event of a forfeiture of the Major Prize or Second Prize, the Prize will be awarded to the next best reserve entry recorded by the judges at the Winner Determination.
3) In the event of a forfeiture of a Third Prize, the Promoter will attempt to award the Prize to a remaining reserve entry (if any).
4) If all recorded reserve entries have been exhausted and a Prize remains unclaimed, the Promoter is under no obligation to conduct further judging sessions and the Prize will be withdrawn.
5) Any winner determined under this section will be notified by phone and email within [2] business days of the determination and have their name published on zestypaws.com.au within 30 days.
Liability
1) The Promoter shall not be liable for any element of the Prize being lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way before it reaches the winner (including during transit) or after it has been released to the winner.
2) The Promoter accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any variation in the value of the Prize from the time of printing Promotion materials.
3) It is the responsibility of the winner to notify the Promoter of any change in their delivery address during the prize fulfilment period. The Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes sent to an incorrect address previously nominated by the winner.
4) The Promoter accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning or receiving the benefit of the Prize and independent financial advice should be sought by the winner.
5) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. The Promoter does not warrant that the entry mechanisms will be available at all times during the Promotion Period.
6) The:
a) Promoter, the Promoter's related entities and all agencies associated with the Promotion; and
b) the employees, agents, directors and contractors, of all entities referred to in paragraph (a),
shall not be liable for any loss or claim, action, demand, liability, damage, cost, expense or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential loss), incurred, suffered or sustained by any person or entity (without limitation) in connection with, or arising from, the Promotion or the acceptance or use of the Prize, except that which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law).
Privacy
1) The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (The Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012), as well as any other applicable laws.
2) The Promoter collects, uses, discloses and stores the entrant’s personal information, including consumer preferences and pet profiles, for the purpose of conducting the Promotion and for future marketing purposes, including the tailoring of promotional offers and market research. The Promoter may disclose the entrant’s information to contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion, which may include disclosure overseas. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://zestypaws.com.au/policies/privacy-policy, contains more information on how the Promoter manages the entrant’s personal information, including how the entrant can access and correct its information, or make a complaint.
3) Immediately upon submission by an entrant, their entry/entries become the sole property of the Promoter. By entering the Promotion, each entrant consents to the Promoter using their first name, suburb, and Skill Answer in any media (including social media) for an unlimited period without remuneration, for the purpose of promoting this Promotion and the Promoter’s products.
4) The Prize winner must, at the Promoter's request, participate in any Promotion activity (such as publicity and photography) relating to the winning and fulfilment of the Prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in any future promotional material.
